Our company introduced the most advanced manufacture equipments and the technology to produce the high quality casting. Including DISA230B modelling main engine from Danish, the casting machine and the double power supply frequency conversion induction melting system from US Inductotherm Corp., Eirich RV24 Mixer from Germany, and the testing machine such as spectrolab from Germany, metallographic microscope from ZIESS and ultrasonic velocity gauge.
As to the quality certification, our company passed the ISO9000 series standard and ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality system authentication in October 2005.
As to the products, we produced many kinds of casting irons. Such as flywheel, hub, bracketdrum, bearing, cylinder, bracketcasting, framecasting, ring, repairclamp, body casting, clamp, tensionstrut, flange, lower control arm, etc.
